Writing is Power: Reframing the Role of Writing in STEM

One of the most dominant paradigms today regarding writing is that being a good writer is reserved for those in the humanities. However, in the STEM world, not only can becoming a strong writer give you an edge but can also lead to new opportunities and a new outlook on your specific field. In my first ever attempt at podcasting, I (an English major) sat down with my boyfriend, Luke, (a Statistics and Data Science major) to talk about how developing his writing skills transformed his academic, professional and personal work in a way he never expected!
